This is an aluminum galvanized steel most idally mixed in the ratio of aluminum and zinc.
Coating composition is 55% alumum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio),43.4% zine, and 1.6%, silicon, so that long-term corrosion resistance and heat resistance of aluminum and galvanic behavior effect of zine may exert their characterisrics most. Namely, this is a product that ideally combines both characterisrics of aluminum steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet. |

Galvalume is three toi six times more corrosion resistant than zinc coated steel sheet of the same thickness. SuperGalum is backed by a 20-year warrantee for residential use. |
The capacity ratio of the aluminum in the coated layer of Galvalume is hight at over 80%, Galvalume will withstand a prolonged temperature of 315 degress Celsius wirhout discoloration or oxidization. |
Galvalume is highly energy effcient, with superior heat reflectivity and low heat consumption.
Galvalume is availavble in a delicate light silver spangle, so it is appropriate for decorative use. |
Available in widths of five feet (MAX 1600), Galvalume reduces the loss and suite to duct and construction. |
Paint is highly adhesive to the coated layer of Galvalume steel sheet, compared to galcanized steel plates. |
The workability of Galvalume is similar to that of galvanized steel sheet, Its ability to suppress fine cracks on the coating layer enhances the durability of the treatment area. |
